Educational & Administrative Use: Our materials are intended for educational, administrative, and institutional governance purposes. They are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and should be reviewed and adapted by the customer's appropriate leadership and, where appropriate, legal counsel.
Payment & Fulfillment: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Applicable payment, tax, refund, and transaction processing are handled in accordance with the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms and policies.

FERPA & COPPA: Our products are designed to help schools develop their own AI-related policies and practices. Use of our materials does not, by itself, establish compliance with FERPA, COPPA, or other federal, state, or local privacy requirements. Schools remain responsible for evaluating their own compliance obligations.
Limited Data Use: We use customer and institutional information only for legitimate business purposes, including order processing, customer support, product customization where applicable, and administration of our services.
No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell or rent customer contact or institutional information. Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide website services, provide customer support and comply with tax requirements, or meet legal obligations.

Single-School License: The Guidance Pack ($499) includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual use license, for internal use by one school campus or one independent educational institution, subject to the applicable product terms.
Permitted Use: Licensed materials may be edited, customized, reproduced, and shared internally as reasonably necessary for the licensed institution's administrative, educational, governance, and policy purposes. The underlying templates, frameworks, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Vidvaan Network Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated.
License Restrictions: Editable source templates may not be resold, sublicensed, commercially distributed, or shared with other schools, districts, organizations, or third parties unless expressly permitted under a separate license.
